Starting a Gratitude Journal

With the Autumn Equinox that just occurred, it is recommended that we give gratitude. Gratitude is also step one of manifesting- so let’s do this shit.

This is a time of creating balance in our lives and even though 2020 has been a slightly shitty ride, there are a lot of things to be grateful for. Some days we just really have to *DIG* to find them.

I don’t know about you all, but 2020 has taught me some major lessons. I’m pretty sure my 2020 year in review will be an entire book on healing, the dark night, and learning to enjoy time by myself. Strangely enough- as much pain and tears as this year has brought so far, I have a lot to be grateful for.

Which brings me to- making a Gratitude Journal. If you are anything like me and have approximately 849 blank notebooks lying around, grab one. Dedicate it completely to gratitude only. Also grab a coffee and your favorite pen.

I filled the inside cover of mine with fun quotes, to remind myself that I am both a bad bitch and a sad bitch.

My goal is to write in it everyday. Find something to be grateful about and just go where it takes me. The problem, is some days are hard. For those days- I have some prompt ideas.
